Question: Ipod touch email help? urgent.?

I borrowed my girlfriends iPod touch and logged in to check my email, this was a few months ago, but we're broken up now, and I never logged out, and she's been going through it, and I'm sick of it, is there anything I can do to log it out without physically having her iPod? Obviously my email is through yahoo. So could I please have step by step instructions...urgent To the guy named "TheAwesomeOne ", and anyone else, I don't have the iPod, and CAN'T get the iPod. What can I do? Can I go to my email settings ON THE COMPUTER, and log out some how?

-Get the ipod. -Go to settings - click on the Mail, Contacts, Calendars -Click your email account -scroll to the bottom and click delete account Only way i know... maybe try password... Does she have a sibling? ask her to
