Why exactly do you think you can find him on youtube? do you know that he has posted videos on youtube? And how can we help you? we know nothing about your situation, or your brother. There are billions of people on the internet, you've provided zero info to us.

Type in his name and see if you can find him, or a simple description of what he is doing. If he is singing or playing a cover of a song, lets say brown eyed girl then type in "brown eyed girl cover " then if he recently uploaded then sort by recent uploads. You have to go about it in a roundabout way since you dont have his contact info
