Where can i find an email account that does not allow the password to be changed?

Question: Where can i find an email account that does not allow the password to be changed?

A certain group that I belong to shares one email account for about 600 members, and we only use the account to send emails to another account. Up until now, we have used Gmail to send the emails, but someone has changed the password, security question, and alternate email address for the account. This has happened twice so far, and now we need an account that does not allow the password to be changed, or something to that extent. Please, don't question the logic of the account, since we have our own purposes for it, and there aren't any alternatives that we know of.

The ability to change the password is a basic feature of all e-mail providers that I am aware of. Obviously somebody in your group is playing a prank and thinks it is funny to mess up the facility for everybody else. I guess you can try contacting each provider (Yahoo, Aol, Hotmail etc.) and see if they can set up a special arrangement for you
