Question: Where could i rent/use a computer with high speed internet access to download files? not including libraries.?

If it matters, I reside in CT. Rentacenter? Really? There isn't much information in the way of on site internet access. Are there any large cybercafe franchises that I might recognize? I'm not finding many locations online |
