I have no network connections under my network connections.In my hardware device manager, there is nothing that is not functioning properly. when i type ipconfig in run, the black screen flashes, then disapears instantly. i have a Gigabyte S Series GA G31M S2L motherboard and im running off the onboard LAN Port. I have formatted and reinstalled windows numerous times and i still have the same problem, when my bluetooth doingle or cellphone is plugged in, they appear under network devices. Please if you have any advice or support let me know, i have also downloaded and installed the latest drivers, with no luck. Thank you in advance.
I lost my high speed internet connection, how can I get a dial-up one?
How can I get a dial up connection if I lost my high speed conncetion? I mean I have to register with a dial up connection but how can I do that if I cant go to the website, there is no internet on the computer. I am using the university internet now. I have so many assignments due and they should all be submitted online and I have to make a research and I sould do all of those on the internet over the weekend. The university is closed on weekends so I can't come to the university. I don't know what to do. I really miss you and miss YA but I can't use YA not until I get internet at home back. I can't get my Dell laptop to connect to our ATT high speed internet connection.?
My Dell Inspiron Laptop is having problems connecting to our wireless network. We just got ATT high speed internet, with a gateway, so I called them first. The guy I talked to said that the network manager Dell installed is interferring with XP's networking manager, or something to that effect. However, both Dell and ATT want to charge me major bucks to fix it. Is there anyone who can help me do it myself?

I am currently running at& t high speed internet express and has seem to have slowed down..I took a speed test and i got these results... Download Speed 330 kbps 41.3 KB sec transfer rate Upload Speed 328 kbps 41 KB sec transfer rate I have that norton at& t suite installed. Does this slow down you internet connection too? I have read in many forums that norton slows your pc down but I have never read anything saying that it slows your internet connection. Anyone having the same problem or has been through the same thing?
What to use a high-speed internet connection for?
Why would possible someone not breaking copyright laws need a connection over 4 mb s? That is more than enough to stream Youtube and other HD content. Hulu.com and other TV websites also require about half of that. Is there any use for extremely fast connections except piracy?
