I accidentally pressed " block" and now I can't do anything with Chrome. My McAfee subscription is expired and it isn't allowing me to get into the settings to unblock it. Please help?

Specific sound from tabs and stopping Firefox internet access?
Two things I was wondering about 1 Is it possible, in either Chrome or Firefox, preferably Chrome, to make it so that certain tabs will not play sound, but others still will? Trying for this one in particular for all the ads out there that suddenly start yapping at me on every page of certain sites while I'm trying to listen to something like Youtube.2 Is it possible to make it so that Firefox will open and run in every way, besides actually reaching the internet? Bit odd request, I know.

Please help me. Just a few minutes ago my laptop got infected with some virus that is blocking my internet. It just shows a screen saying " Internet Explorer I'm using Firefox by the way cannot display this web page" and a program keeps popping up saying I have a virus and it keeps trying to scan my computer. Is it called malware? My Norton just recently expired, so I have no protection. I know now that there are some free ones online, and i have a flash drive but I don't know how to move programs from one computer to another. Sorry if I confused any of you, I don't know a lot about computers, any help is appreciated Thank you for the replies. I am already in Safe Mode with networking but now when I open a webpage it says " The proxy server is refusing connections" . Is there anyway I can download the programs on this working computer and transfer them to my laptop using a flash drive?
