Firefox has its own add-on accelerator called Fasterfox, which has only recently been updated to work with FF 3. Fasterfox: https:/ / addons.mozilla.org/ en-US/ firefox/ search?q= fasterfox &cat= all You have to register to install it for some reason, but that just takes a few minutes, and it's safe.
